Community Based & Rehabilitative Services

Building Skills for

Daily Life

Community-Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS) help clients strengthen the skills needed to live independently, manage emotions, and build healthy relationships. Working one-on-one or in small groups, CBRS specialists offer practical guidance and consistent support for everyday life.

Their role includes:

  • Skill development – building communication, organization, and coping skills
  • Rehabilitation planning – identifying goals and creating steps toward independence
  • Emotional regulation – learning strategies to manage stress and respond with confidence

Each person’s journey looks different. Whether focusing on small daily habits or long-term growth, our CBRS providers meet clients where they are—with patience, respect, and encouragement.

We believe progress happens through practice and connection. By helping clients apply skills in real-world settings, CBRS empowers people to face challenges with resilience and create meaningful change in their lives.
